Job Title: Sr. Reporting Analyst
Location: Grand Rapids
State: Michigan
Position Description: This role is instrumental to the financial reporting and analysis of the consolidated global organization. The most important aspect of this position is being the key point person to consolidate global reporting and organize it into monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting documents. This includes internal summaries/presentations of results, monthly business review information, quarterly board reporting materials, investor relations and webcast presentations, earnings releases, 10-Q, 10-K and other SEC reporting forms. This individual works in the Corporate Finance department and has direct interaction with the CEO, CFO, CAO/Corporate Controller as well as the Legal, Investor Relations and Global Audit Services departments. This role manages the closing calendar, assists with the global consolidation, records routine and non-routine transactions, and documents various accounting items, with a particular focus on P&L items. This individual will also be asked to assist with select projects as they arise (acquisitions/divestitures, etc.) and to lead or assist on deep dives within various technical accounting areas. Such analyses often involve interaction with other company functions and personnel.

Salary Range: $75K - $85K plus 10% bonus

Qualifications: To qualify for this role, candidates need be a CPA with 3-4 years of experience and SEC Registrant audit/assurance exposure.
